Select one of the following gateways to connect to your Virtual Apps and Desktops.

1. Gateway - Friedrichshafen (for internals and externals)



This is the prefered gateway for every internal employee and external partner.
For the first use of this gateway, some small configuration needs to be done. Please follow the steps in the documentation.

Authentication Method: Azure MFA

2. Gateway - Friedrichshafen (only for internals)

As planned and communicated, this gateway was permanently shut down and is no longer available. Please use the "1. Gateway" above.

Authentication Method: Ping ID

The "2. Gateway" will be shutdown till end of 15th November 2023 - Please use the "1. Gateway" above.
If you have issues to login with the "1. Gateway", please contact the IT Global Service Desk as soon as possible.
