Download Citrix Workspace App (Only for Non-ZF-Devices)

For full Workspace App experience on your Non-ZF-Device, please install the latest version of the Workspace App. The difference between the the Workspace App and the HTML 5 access is described in FAQ.

Enable Auto-Update for Citrix Workspace App on Non-ZF-Devices

If you are using another company device, please ask your local IT Support for help.

1. For Windows:
   • Open Citrix Workspace App.
   • Click the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) in the upper-left corner.
   • Select "Advanced Preferences."
   • Under "Updates," check the box for "Automatically update Citrix Workspace."


2. For Mac:
   • Open Citrix Workspace App.
   • Click "Citrix Workspace" in the menu bar.
   • Choose "Preferences."
   • Go to the "Updates" tab and enable "Automatically check for updates."


3. For Linux:
   • Edit the configuration file (usually located at /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/config/AuthManConfig.xml).
   • Set <UpdateMode> to Auto.
